Spanish (Conversational)

Learn everyday conversation, gain vocabulary knowledge and pronunciation skills in this step-by-step introduction to Spanish.  Textbooks will be provided for use during the course only.  Limit: 15

Portuguese II (Conversational)

Alice Gomes, a native of Brazil and experienced language instructor, will offer more exposure to the Portuguese language through an integration of skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing. This 10-week course will allow you to practice simple everyday conversation of this beautiful language. For new students without any Portuguese knowledge, familiarity with Spanish is strongly suggested. Limit: 15

Italian (Conversational)

Learn basic Italian conversation through role playing (at a restaurant, getting directions), and games such as “The Price is Right” and a treasure hunt – all in Italian, of course!  You’ll learn about contemporary Italian culture, too.    Limit: 22
